are shipped in a non-descript box, or a plain manila envelope.
The return address on your package will be: Vicious
Enterprises. The name LaLaLingerie.com will not appear
on the outside of your package. Your pretty panties will remain
our little secret!

LaLaLingerie.com orders
are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking
number via e-mail once orders are shipped, provided that
a valid e-mail address is given during checkout. Orders
shipped to USA destinations will normally be received within
an average of 3-7 business days from the ship date. Please
note that while standard shipping is normally fast, the
delivery time frame is not guaranteed. The delivery
time frame above is an approximation of when you should
expect your order to arrive. If you need a guaranteed delivery
time, please opt for Express Shipping when you place your
order.
Return Policy
- Returns must be accompanied by a RA Number,
which can be obtained by filling out the return authorization
request at: www.lalalingerie.com/returns.php.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- All returns must be unworn, with tags
attached and accompanied by the original packaging.
- Returns must include all original packaging
and packaging must be in resaleable condition. For example,
shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and
the shoe box cannot be written on, crushed, etc.
- Defective items will be replaced or refunded
at the discretion of our returns department.
- Costumes are considered a special occasion
item and are exchangeable only.
- Sale shoes are a final sale item and
cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Due to strict government regulations,
lingerie, opened hosiery and swimwear can not be returned,
so if you need help with sizes, please contact our customer
service department prior to placing your order.
- Returns or exchanges must be received
within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.
- Returned items may be subject to a 10%
restocking fee.
- Orders that are returned due to an incorrect
address provided will be canceled and are subject to a
15% restocking fee.
- International exchanges are subject to
a $20 shipping and handling charge.
- Items that are returned that do not meet
the guidlines above will be returned to you at your expense.

major credit cards as well as e-checks, which come directly
from your checking account. You do not need to sign up for
a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. Paypal is a secure way
